He has received Quality Agent Awards multiple times due to his customer service skills and he prides himself with providing quality customer service to every client. Rick has won several Agent of the Year awards, has been a member of the Life Leaders Club and has been Honored Producer since 1977. Rick is a devoted husband for over 35 years to his wife Bertie, a loving father of daughters Carrie and Teresa, and "the best Papa in the world" to his five grand children. Teresa joined McGill Insurance Agency in 2012 and understands the importance of Quality Customer Service! She was a high school teacher for ten years and owned her own business for four years. She has been married to Charlie Sayen for over 15 years and is a proud mommy of three beautiful children. When she is not on a baseball field or in a gym with her children, she volunteers as a Pre-School Leader in Sunday School and Awanas at church.
